Purchase Agreement

Any additional fees will be due upon request by the purchaser (training, vaccinations, board etc ).

A horse that becomes injured or sick 15 days or more after the purchase date (and is waiting for transportation or while being boarded here), is the responsibility of the buyer.  We will assist anyway we can, but expenses/loss becomes the responsibility of the buyer.

Horses will incur board 15 days following the purchase date. $10.00 per day.  Board costs are to be paid in full before the horse is scheduled to leave.  Failure to pay will result in termination of contract/sale of foal/horse, and loss of any money paid. Please allow sufficient time for payment to get here.

Once the horse leaves Twin Valley Ranch, he/she becomes the responsibility of the buyer.  Any expenses or problems that arise during transport will be referred to the buyer. Purchase of foal/horse insurance is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If a payment plan has been discussed, please list the payment plan below.  Buyer must stick to the attached plan, or the horse will be listed again as available.  All money already paid will not be refunded.

Cancelling this contract for any reason will result in the loss of all monies paid.              

I agree to the terms of this contract.   If I have discussed a payment plan with Twin Valley Ranch, I understand that if I fail to follow this plan, the horse will be re-listed as available, and any money received will not be refunded.
